D&E Coaches was established in 1996 and has grown from a
small family minicoach business into one of the most
successful coach operators in the Highlands of Scotland.
We have shown that providing a quality service,
attention to detail and an awareness of our clients’
requirements are key to continued customer satisfaction.
This has ensured that our clients continue to support us
and our growing reputation for quality and reliability
generates new business to further build the success
story.
The Company operates from its new premises in
Inverness which were completed in 2006 and which has
modern offices and a fully equipped workshop compatible
with the demands of today’s ‘green environment’. |
The safety of our customers is very important therefore
the inspection and maintenance schedule which we operate
ensures that our customers always travel in well
maintained vehicles driven by uniformed, knowledgeable
and pleasant drivers.
The day-to-day running of the business is monitored
by the owner Donald Mathieson, with over 20 years
experience in the coach industry and who’s enthusiasm
and expertise has seen the business grow from humble
beginnings with a handful of vehicles in rented premises
to a fleet of over 20 vehicles in a new, modern
building. The operations team of Willie Bell and Murdo
Macpherson has a wealth of experience in ensuring that our
customer’s requirements are fulfilled to their
expectations, in comfort and safety. |
